They tore out all the rotten sub flooring, braced the joints and installed new sub flooring and installed Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. They are very professional and the final result is exceptional. Comments: The entire process was seamless. From working with Patricia to order and schedule and then the installation with Arthur. The installation is exceptional. We did about 2200sqft of luxury vinyl plank and new baseboards through out. The craftsmanship is perfect and the service from communication all the way clean up was also perfect. They were also able to the complete the job in two days less than I expected it to take. 5/5 overall.

Comments:Best Flooring Tampa gave me a quick estimate, started working days afterI approved the estimate (refreshing as I have had contractors just not show up), Arthur was polite and did everything that was promised. The price was the best price I received out of 3 bids. The workmanship is excellent and they guys are experts at what they do. I am in love with my floors! (NuCore vinyl plank flooring). They re-floored my living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and my hallway, my stairs and even put the vinyl on a recessed area of my wall for an accent. My condo looks so gorgeous after they did their magic. No complaints and highly recommend!

Both Patricia and Arthur stayed in constant communication with me through out the process by phone. I am SO pleased with the outstanding work that was done for a highly competitive price and in a short period of time by this small company.
